We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Times Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order has shipped, Moodcraft is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we'll help where we can.
