Refund Policy

All Moodcraft sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at randi@moodcraftrituals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
